Payment Terms and Billing
Expiry and Grace Period
Upon the expiry of your current subscription term, a grace period of three (3) days will be granted. During this period, you may make payment to renew your subscription without interruption of service.
Renewal
Subscriptions will only renew automatically upon receipt of payment for the next billing cycle. If payment is not made within the grace period, your access to the Services will be suspended until payment is made.
Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by terminating your account. Upon cancellation, your subscription will be deactivated at the end of the billing period, and you will not receive any refund for unused days.
Prices and Changes
HRMZY reserves the right to modify pricing or introduce fees for Services that were previously free. Any price changes will only take effect after the conclusion of your current billing cycle, ensuring you are not charged mid-term. You will not be charged for using any Service unless you have opted for a paid subscription plan.
Payment Processing
