360-Degree Feedback

A performance feedback method gathering input from peers, managers, and direct reports.

Full Definition

360-degree feedback is a performance evaluation approach in which an employee receives structured feedback from multiple sources — their direct manager, peers, direct reports, and sometimes external stakeholders such as clients. This multi-rater approach provides a more complete and balanced view of performance and behaviour than a traditional top-down appraisal. HR software automates 360-degree feedback collection, anonymizes responses, aggregates results, and presents insights in clear, actionable reports.
