Cookie Policy

What HRMZY stores in your browser, and what it does not. This page describes the cookies we actually set — not the ones a policy template would assume.

Our marketing pages set no cookies at all. You can read every page on hrmzy.com — pricing, features, comparisons, the blog, the free tools — without anything being stored in your browser and without being tracked.

1. Cookies we set

Cookies are set only once you sign in to the application. Both are strictly necessary: the service cannot function without them, so they are not subject to consent.

2. What we do not do

  • We set no advertising or re-targeting cookies, anywhere.
  • We run no analytics cookies today. No _ga or _gid cookie is set on any page.
  • We do not sell or share browsing data with data brokers.
  • We do not fingerprint your device as a substitute for cookies.

If we introduce analytics in future we will update this page before switching it on, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

3. Other browser storage

Some screens remember small preferences in your browser’s local storage — a chosen tab, a collapsed panel, an unsent draft. This never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is cleared when you clear site data.

4. Third parties that see your IP address

Some resources on application pages are served by other companies, which means those companies receive your IP address and the page you requested even though they set no cookie of ours. Each is listed, with what it receives, on our sub-processors page.

5. Controlling cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies from its settings. Because the only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in, blocking them will sign you out and prevent you from logging back in — but it will not affect your ability to read any public page on this site.
