When you use HRMZY you remain the controller of your employees’
personal data and we act as your processor. To deliver the service we
engage the 9 sub-processors below.
Each one is engaged under a written agreement, receives only what it needs
for the purpose stated, and is listed here whether or not it processes data
outside Switzerland or the EEA.

AI features and your data. HRMZY’s AI assistant and
AI features send the text you submit to Groq, Inc. in the United States so
that a model can respond. Administrators can switch AI off for their whole
company from the in-app AI & Data Protection settings page, and no AI
feature reads data a user could not already see in the product.
