HRMZY under your brand

HRMZY is the HR, payroll and project platform we sell at hrmzy.com. White-label HRMZY is your own installation of that platform with your name on it: your logo, your colours and your product name, on a web address you choose — set up, hosted, updated and supported by the team that builds it. You sell it, bundle it or give it to your clients. We keep it running.

What white-label HRMZY is

Most HR software companies sell only under their own brand. A white-label arrangement turns that around: you take a finished, maintained product and put it in front of your clients as your own.

It is your own installation of HRMZY — a separate deployment on your own web address, not an account inside hrmzy.com. For an HR consultancy, that means the software your advice runs on carries your name. For a payroll bureau, it means clients log in to your portal, not somebody else’s. For a reseller or agency, it is a product line you can offer next month without hiring a development team.

Under the surface it is HRMZY: the same modules, the same updates, the same support desk. What changes is what your clients see.

New to the term? We wrote a plain guide to what it does and does not cover: what white-label HR software means.

Who it’s built for

  • HR and payroll consultancies that want their advice and their software under one name.
  • Payroll bureaus and accountancy practices serving many small employers from one place.
  • Staffing agencies, PEOs and employer-of-record providers that run HR for other people’s workforces.
  • IT resellers and managed-service providers adding an HR product to what they already sell.
  • Franchise groups and business networks that want one branded HR system across their members.
Who it isn’t for. A single employer that needs HR software for its own team: the standard HRMZY plans are ready today and cost less — see pricing. And a partner that wants to change how the product fundamentally works: white-label changes the brand, not the product.

What we run, what you own

We run

  • Hosting and the servers behind it
  • Updates and new releases — your installation gets what hrmzy.com gets
  • Security patches
  • The support desk, 24/7

You own

  • The client relationship
  • What you charge your clients
  • Onboarding your clients, with our help for the first ones
  • First-line questions, if you want to handle them yourself; otherwise we do

How it starts

  1. Tell us about your business. The form below: company, what you do, roughly how many clients and employees you would bring. Two sentences are enough.
  2. A short call. We confirm what you need, how you’d like it branded, and how you will bill your clients.
  3. We set up your installation. Branding, web address, mail, and your first client companies. We agree a date before we start.
  4. You bring clients on. Our support desk is there from the first login.

Why there’s no price on this page

White-label pricing depends on things a price list can’t capture: how many client companies you will run, how many employees they have between them, whether you want your own domain and mail setup, and how much of the support you’d like to handle yourself. Two partners with the same headline numbers can need very different arrangements.

So instead of publishing a figure that would be wrong for most people, we ask you to tell us about your business, and we come back with a proposal written for it. We reply to every enquiry.

Questions partners ask

Yes. Same code, same updates, same support desk. The brand layer — logo and favicon, the product name in the navigation, the colour scheme, the login page, your web address and the sender name on system emails — is what changes.

Not in the interface, the login page, system emails or error pages of your installation — those carry your brand. If anything changes, we tell you before you sign.

Yes. What you charge your clients is your decision. Our agreement is with you, and it is separate from what your clients pay you.

We do — the same team that runs hrmzy.com. Hosting, updates, security patches and support are ours to handle.

We don’t publish a minimum. Tell us your numbers and we’ll be direct about whether white-label makes sense for you — sometimes the standard plans are the better answer, and we’ll say so.

It depends on the branding you want, whether you bring your own domain, and how many client companies need setting up on day one. We agree a date with you before we start, and we keep it.
