A metric measuring how likely employees are to recommend their employer.
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a simple but powerful metric that measures employee loyalty and satisfaction by asking: "On a scale of 0–10, how likely are you to recommend this company as a place to work?" Respondents are classified as Promoters (9–10), Passives (7–8), or Detractors (0–6). eNPS = % Promoters – % Detractors. Scores range from -100 to +100. A positive eNPS indicates more promoters than detractors. HR teams use eNPS trends to track the impact of engagement initiatives.
