Company culture (also called organizational culture) is the collection of shared values, beliefs, norms, attitudes, and behaviours that characterize an organization and influence how employees work together and make decisions. Culture is shaped by leadership behaviour, hiring decisions, recognition systems, communication styles, and physical environment. Strong, positive company cultures are linked to higher employee engagement, better performance, and stronger employer brand.
