Subhan Khan is the founder of HRMZY, an all-in-one HR and work management platform
built in Zürich, Switzerland. HRMZY brings HR, payroll, projects, invoicing and CRM
into a single system, and is operated by Tech Gipfel.
He writes and reviews the guides on this site, covering HR software selection,
payroll automation, employee retention and the cost of running fragmented software
stacks.
He has written and reviewed the twenty guides listed below, published between
2 December 2025 and 20 September 2026. They cluster around the
decisions a small or mid-sized employer actually faces: how HR software is priced and
what it costs once add-ons are counted, what to do when a vendor discontinues a product,
what UK employment law requires of a return-to-work process, and how a fragmented
software stack accumulates cost that never appears on a single invoice.
On why the product exists, in his own words — the statement published on the
company page:
“We built HRMZY because we saw how much time HR teams were losing to manual
processes, disconnected tools, and outdated systems. Our commitment is simple: give every
organization — no matter its size — the technology to manage people more
efficiently and build a better workplace.”
The guides follow one editorial rule that is worth stating because it is unusual and
because a reader can check it. Where an article names another vendor's price, that figure
was read from the vendor's own pricing page, and the page records both the source and the
date it was read — not a date the article was written. Figures are re-read rather
than carried forward, so a price that has moved shows as having moved. Where a vendor
publishes no rate, the guides say “quote only” instead of estimating one. The
comparison tables on the pricing comparison show that working
rather than asserting a conclusion from it.
